Hyperlinks to files

Does anyone know how to import regular file names into a hyperlink table
automatically? I am trying to creat a table with hyperlinks to items that
reside on a different drive. I can do this manually but I'd rather have it
so that I can select an update button on a form to update the hyperlink table
with the files added to the drive (the file name not the address, so that
users can query without seeing the whole path). Thanks!

Yes, however I don't want to have to type the hyperlink into the table for
every file.
for example: if I save a new file (me.pdf) to F:\ I would like for
hyperlink table to update itself with the new (hyperlink) file path.
