Hyperlinks to files in an Excel doc are removed/changed when I ema

Hello,

I am at my whits end... I have a file in excel that has several hyperlinks
within it to other files in an open access folder. the links aways work for
me, but when I email it to someone some or ALL of the links are erroring out.

HELP! I can't send a 26 MB email at work and need to link.

Put the file on the server with the access folder, check the links are
working. Now e-mail the link to that file, NOT the file itself, to the
other employees in the company.
 
I do not want the excel file in the folder with open access. It could get
deleted without my knowing.
