Hyperlinks operate in all views except for 'preview' mode.

I am using W2000 plus Frontpage 2002. When designing a site I can see all
links in various views and all ara operational. When I switch to the 'preview
/ exemple' mode, the 'hand' appeares but the link refuses to 'jump'. How to
correct?
