hyperlinks do no open

when trying to open a hyperlink in outlook from the office xp suite.... the
link just opens a blank internet explorer window. i've tried the SP2 and all
service packs for office and windows but nothing works. please help.. thank
you

Try this: In IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
