Hyperlinks defaulting to Netscape not Explorer

I downloaded Netscape and loaded it to my hard drive to
test some web sites I have built. As I was loading it, it
must have asked me to switch my default browser in Outlook
to Netscape, so now whenever I get a hyperlink it launches
Netscape instead of Explorer and it's driving me bat-crap
crazy. I have been searching in Outlook for a way to
reset my default but have not found this magic button.
Please help me... it must be some insanely easy path to a
check-box... only I can't find it.

Go to Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs-> at the bottom there
is a selection button to let IE check if it is the default browser.
