Can I hyperlink one document to another and have only the text I need
available visible.? Anyone know if this is possible and if yes How would be
great?

Hi W.W.,

What version of Word are you using and can you be a little more detailed in what you're trying to achieve?

Basically a hyperlink is a 'jump to' action. The hyperlink doesn't control what is at the 'landing site', it's just following the
direction to 'jump'.

You could use an IncludeText field to insert a bookmarked item from another
document?
