Hyperlink to a PPT in Notes View?

I am creating several links to a ppt. I know that I cant add
#pagenumber after the link to have the ppt open to a particular page
but I also need the presentation to open in notes view. Is this
possible? Is there something that I can add to the link or do to the
file to make this happen? Thanks

I don't think there's anything you can add to the link to force this, but try
saving the file in notes view. PowerPoint generally reopens files in whatever
view they were last saved in.

Yep, I've already tried that, no dice, it always opens in slides view.

Is this for use in a distributed presentation, or is this something that you
