Hyperlink opens two web browsers

I have Mozilla Firefox set as my default web browser.
When I first installed Office 2003, I set up Outlook. I
clicked a hyperlink in Outlook and it opened Mozilla as
well as a box asking for me to point it to the location
of the web browser. Since I gave it the location, it now
opens any hyperlinks from Outlook in two new Mozilla
Firefox instances. Does anyone know how to disable one
of these two?
