Hyperlink Issues

david.dickerson

I have a large number of hyperlinks in a large presentation. I am
having some links break or disappear because I am exceeding the storage

limit for hyperlinks. I am looking for the best approach to solve this
problem. Would reducing the slide titles within the presentation help
the situation? I attempted to break the larger presentation into
smaller presentations, however, when exiting the smaller/secondary
presentations using "End Show", I would sometimes have a black screen
appear that I could not recover from. I am using Viewer 2003 for
distribution on CD.

Any suggestion or insight you could provide would be deeply
appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, reducing the amount of text space required for each link will increase
the number of links that will fit.

Hi there,

These links in your presentation didn't break or disappear but only
stop work provisional, may be it caused by the file size.operation
system cann't work quickly in large task.If you don't mind change the
file format,I suggest you to convert your presentation to flash file at
least for four reasons as follows:

1.Reduce Size and Email Ready
The Converter Flash is just 1/10 size of the original presentation,
make it easily to distribute.
2.Greater and Easier Accessibility for Viewers
You can put it on webs or intranets to share with other people.
3.Keep all original effects in PowerPoint presentation
Don't worry about any distortion, some software of this kind even
provides more effects to highlight your presentation.
4.Secure and firewall friendliness
