Hyperlink isn't working in a mail merge

Meldie

Created a document in Word and want to email it out using
Outlook. The contact information is being merged via an
excel file. All the mapping works. It is just that the
hyperlink in the email is not active. I already made sure
that it was an html formatted email.

HELP!!!
 
Outlook/Word version?
