After fresh installation of office 2003, hyperlink in the document is not
activeted. Insted it shows "press CTRL+Click" to go to link, when mouse is
bringed on the link.
How to activate hyperlink so that it shows that it is linkand it can be
clickable.

OS: XP Pro with SP1

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Edit | uncheck the "Use CTRL
+ Click to follow hyperlink" box | OK.

Kinda skimpy with your thanks, aren't you?

One thank is more than too many people here can be bothered to
give, so I'm counting my blessing.

Thanks.

How can I customise link? i.e. it is not showing user frendly. I have to
bring mouse on link to see it is link.

If what you're saying is that it is not blue and underlined, you need to
either apply the Hyperlink character style or, if it is already applied,
modify it to be blue and underlined (or however you want it to look).
