Hyperlink in outlook to a worksheet in Excel

How do you create a Hyperlink in outlook that open an excel workbook an
selects a specific worksheet in excel. Any help would be appreciated
 
In the body of the email, right click and in the items that show up, towards
the bottom you will see "Hyperlink" just click on this, and you can browse to
the Excel sheet.
