Hyperlink from report to form?

A feature which, if possible, I would find very useful is a hyperlink in
each row of a tabular report so that if I view a report on screen I can
click on any displayed record to take me straight to a form for editing that
record. Is this possible and/or easy? Any guidance would be much
appreciated.
 
Reports are passive things. AFAIK, you can't add any user controls like that
to them.
