Had Windows ME PC repair person installed windows XP.
Ever since we have hungapps when we connect to the
internet. How can I fix this?

If you can supply error, do so in a new post.

There is no one answer to your question. Make sure you have run Disk
Cleanup, Scaned for virus', Scan for spyware, and make sure you have all
windows updates.
