When I try to access the Knowledge Base via IE 6.0 under XP
Home Edition, the font size is so huge it is impossible to
read. For example the dot over the i in Microsoft measures
2.8" square on my 15" TFT screen. What is the problem and
how do I fix it?
This does not occur using Mozilla or Opera, nor with
Netscape 4.79 (but I do have a problem with the latter
having to do with "javascript").
