A friend of mine got a spam email from this site and went
to it thinking someone had a crush on him (poor sucker!)
when he logged into the site with his email address he was
required to click on a link to install a file which he did
called open.exe.

I looked at his machine and went into the registry and
deleted all the instances of http://www.secret-
crush.com/search/ which change his main home page of
http://www.msn.com/ and then rebooting this page still
comes up.

My question is how can I clean this out completely? Also,
Is this all the open.exe does? Is there something else it
does beside change the homepage? Also, does anyone know
any history behind this web site?

Go to the All Users/Start Menu/Programs/Startup and delete Start.exe

Then reset your homepage and default search engine etc
