HUGE display!

Without changing the settings... somehow all of our windows, start menu,
icons, EVERYTHING is huge! i've checked all through control panel, and the
icons are set to small, the font is set to small, the dpi is on normal... and
the text online is set to medium too. ANY ideas on how to fix this???
things are so big i have to back away from the screen.

Are you running the "Magnifier"?
To decrease magnification: Ctrl + down arrow

Sounds like your resolution changed somehow:

1. Right-click on your desktop (somewhere "blank" -- i.e. no icons)
2. Choose "Properties"
3. Select the "Settings" tab
4. Make sure your "Screen Resolution" is at 800 x 600 or higher (1024 x 768
is common)

If you can't set the resolution higher, you probably lost your video card
driver somehow. Try re-installing it.
