https sites don't work

Hello newsgroup.

This posting belongs maybe more to the Server 2003 groups.. I posted it
there, but no one was able to help.

Here is the posting:

http://groups.google.com/group/micr...b789464d?lnk=st&rnum=2&hl=en#314a589cb789464d

I tried to find a solution, but I had no luck so far.

To repeat my previous posting:

---
"The problem is easy to describe:

If a user goes to a https site, IE loses connection. If Administrator goes
to a https site, it works fine.

I know one thing: No firewall issue, it's a certficate thing. If I go as a
user to Internet options->content->certificates and try to view some of them,
I am getting the failure, that trust couldn't be confirmed.

I can view them without failure as Administrator.

It happens on all clients on the domain. "

There is, however, an additonal story to this.. I've re-installed the
SBS 2003 Server (had nothing to do with crypto, that worked before the
re-install), and had problems to migrate saved profiles back, but I solved
that problem using the registry way as described in
http://www.certmag.com/articles/templates/cmag_howto.asp?articleid=819&zoneid=91

It seems that my initial assumption was wrong, not only Administrator has
working certificates, but new created users have a working crypto
configuration too. It's the migrated profiles, that have the problem with
https sites.

I tried to export the certificates under the Administrator account using
Internet options->content->certificates->export, and then to import them as a
user, but it doesn't work right. It imports, but the certificates have still
the same error, If the user tries to view them. (Trust couldn't confirmed)

Anyone, please, I need help with this.
Clients are all XP SP2.
