I am running windows 2000 Professional, on my pc, and IE 6.0. I am able to
surf the web, without any problem, but I can’t reach any “https" site. We
have other computers all of them are same make and model and configured the
same way (Windows 2000 Professional and IE 6.0), none of them have this
problem, other than the One. is there any settings need to be configured, to
access " https", if so how can I do that. I really appreciate some info
regarding this issue

Make sure your firewall is not blocking port 443.

Go to Start | Run and enter these commans (press <Enter after each one).
