HTTP_ActivePerl_Overflow

Last week my Norton Personal Firewall 2003 alerted me
that an "HTTP_ActivePerl_Overflow" Attack from
www.mamma16.com had been blocked. I thought that this was
probably a "false/positive" result.

However, tonight I received the following message in my
Norton Personal Firewall 2003 Log Viewer "Intrusion
Detection":

Attempted Intrusion "HTTP_ActivePerl_Overflow" from your
machine against 216.109.117.100 was detected and blocked
Intruder: localhost(3901)
Risk Level: Medium
Protocol: TCP
Attacked IP: 216.109.117.100 (hotjobs.com)
Attacked Port: http(80)

I looked up "HTTP_ActivePerl_Overflow" on the Symantec
website, but gave no information to help me, although it
did say that it was a medium risk.

I don't even know what ActivePerl is. Can someone guide
me in what is happening and what I need to do.
