Program Control: msbb.exe and bundle.exe

Sherl

I began receiving constant notifications (approximately
every 4 minutes) from my firewall (Norton Personal
Firewall 2003) starting approximately 30 days ago
regarding 2 Microsoft executables which are attempting to
access the Internet (as follows:

Program Control (pop up window title) Medium Risk
bundle.exe is attempting to access the Internet
Program: C:\Documents and
Settings\A\Local\Settings\Temp\bundle.exe
and
Program Control (pop up window title) High Risk
msbb.exe is attempting to access the Internet
Program: C:\Windows\System32\msbb.exe
Protocol: TCP (Outbound)
My firewall recommends that access by both of these
programs be blocked. Should I permanently block access?
I do not know if allowing access is a security risk or
not. Please advise. Thanks!

Sherl;

Not only should you block access, you should get rid of both of them.

They are both scumware.
