Every time I do a search In Yahoo and other search
engines a second search engine window pops up from this
search engine "http://search-company.com/"

How do I rid my computer of this website popup?

My virus scan detects no viruses and No spyware components

Not all spyware detectors detect all spyware. Run also Ad-Aware 6, Spybot
and HijackThis (???)

Also, take a look in Add/Remove programs. Sometimes the spyware DO add a
removal routine.
