http proxy report: host 0.0.0.1 is unreachable

Several wireless users are reaching this error when
connecting to random websites, some work ok. They do not
have anything checked under IO/LAN settings and have no
pop-up blockers in use. To my knowledge there is no
proxy server on the network. Any idea of what this
problem could be?
