"http" problem

Can anyone help me? Recently my internet explorer stopped
searching for websites when I type in "www...." The only
way I can find a site is if I type "http://" in first the
my site. What's wrong?

Rightclick IE (Internet Explorer) > Properties >
Click to expand...
Advanced tab > scroll down to HTTP 1.1 Settings and check
both blocks > Apply > OK
