some more details are probably needed:
1. where did you see this error message?
2. PUT is a normal HTML form function, is this bad?
3. what are you trying to do?
But if you really want to block this, put an any/any outbound block of port
80 on your firewall. But it would be jsut as easy to uninstall the web
browser and telnet applications.
