Hi Paul,
Clear your caches and on Advanced Tab on the IE properties uncheck the check
box under Browsing for Enable third party broweser extension, then Open RUN
Command from the Start Button and in the RUN command type: regsvr32
urlmon.dll and click OK.
Reboot your machine and see if that solve the problem.
