You might try these:
Click Tools, Internet Options, "General" tab, "Settings" button, "View
Objects" button. Is the Google toolbar listed as one of the ActiveX
components? If so, is it listed as "Damaged"? If so, or even if not
listed as damaged, right-click the component, click "Update".
I don't have this toolbar so I'm not certain it has an ActiveX
component. The Uninstall directions suggest you use Add/Remove Programs
to remove it. You could remove, then reinstall it. If a file was
damaged, a fresh install could repair it.
Clear you IE cache. This will keep a damaged document from crashing IE
every time it's opened. Click Tools, Internet Options, "General" tab,
"Delete Files" button.
After installing the Toolbar, I receive a Runtime error when I try to
open Internet Explorer. (Eh, a similar error..)
