http and outlook

I access internet through a proxy which enable only http, and not pop
or smtp, so I can't use Outlook express.

Does someone know the way to download email using outlook through
http?

If you have a single 2003 server, then start with

If you have multiple servers, follow the link inside the above article
referring to multiple servers.

You must have an Exchange 2003 server, 2003 AD controller (can also be the
Exchange server), XP client with a patch or SP2 installed, and Outlook 2003.
It's all listed in the above article.
