Your computer settings is set to protect you from any Program or Code try to
Do Odd Activities or suspicious one's,In your case May be your <html> have
some <script> and <C++> Codes which your Browser Settings doesn't allow,If
you Trust this <html>Docs give it a Low Security settings on your System to
run.
