Are there any good HTML validators available? The Validator Lite looks
quite good.

Try CSE HTML Validator Lite. Maybe this is the validator you're talking
about? v7.01 was just released.

tool for Microsoft Windows that helps you create problem-free HTML and XHTML
documents. Try it and you'll be surprised how many problems may exist in

I use the Html Validator (currently 0.7.1) extension for FireFox. If you try
it out you might also want to look at the Web Developer extension, which
adds a whole bunch of options in FF for testing and troubleshooting your
HTML.

The free version is not really a validator. It's a good HTML and CSS
editor though. Mild nagware.

Open the HTML document in the editor, then press F6 to validate the
document.

Hope this helps.

No it does't, of course. Thanks for the 'help' anyway. You don't know
what an html validator is and does. The free version does not really
validate html code. You need a proper validator for that. The free
ones are on line. Do a search and you'll find out.

I love this little easy-to-use app. It is a validator and front-end to
HTML Tidy. It also aligns your HTML tags and fixes text files in which
the line feeds/returns are messed up.
