I am using an image business card at the bottom of my emails that I link to
my web site and to my .vcf - what I need to do is create a link that will
open up a page from my web site but that has parameters for the window opened
- for instance I don't want the address bar to show up and I want the window
to be 568 x 600. I have tried using the java scripts that I normally use in
my web designs but they won't work - is there a way for me to do this from
the email? I almost had it - I think - but the window that it opened
automaticaly closed again.

No, there's no way to do this. HTML messages in Outlook don't run script,
for security reasons.
