Why are my HTML emails being converted to an attachment when receiving
messages with Windows (Vista) Mail? Thanks.

Click on Tools, then Options, then Send. Under Mail Sending Format, if
there's
no blue dot in the circle before HTML, click on this circle and then Apply.
Click on OK.
 
That is already there but totally irrelevant anyway. My question is about
"receiving" emails, not sending. Do you just run through the newsgroup
arbitrarily answering with crap like this so people will see your name and
think you know what you're talking about?
