html in Outlook

I am trying to create a web page like email to send via Outlook.

2 questions: If I "paste" an image into the message, will it show up on
other computers? (When I view source, it shows the reference to be on my
computer)

If I have the html created in notepad, how do i get that into Outlook to
send the file (I've uploaded the image to my server so it should show up)

How a pasted message is handled depends on your Internet mail settings in
TOols | Options.
