HTML Email Template?

Anyone know of anywhere you can download (or purchase if I haev to) some HTML Email Templates? We want to send out a HTML Newsletter (kind of like the FP Insides one) to our members. I could write something up in FP I know but I'm looking for something to download or use that's already created so it looks nice and professional. Header and short paragraph for each topic, a table of contents type bar or list, other links to places, etc

Just wondering if anyone has or knows of something like this or if I'll have to make somethign on my own. :
 
You would need to look for a email template based on your email client
application, Outlook, Outlook Express, Endura, etc.

have to make somethign on my own. :)
 
We'd also like any plances that do entire Newsletter management online. hosting the database,
maintaining the unsubscribe feature, providing templates to use, etc.

Otherwise I've used WorldMerge software from ColoradoSoft and you can just paste in any HTML and it
will work with it. But an online system might have more built in functionality...

Any ideas would be great.
