HTML email - Pictures not showing

After installing Windows XP Service Pack 2, every time I receive an
HTML email with pictures in it, the pictures are not shown and are
being replaced by a place marker with a box with a red cross. How can
I make Outlook automatically download and show the pictures?

With mouse, right click on where pictures should be and you have options to
accept the pictures. There are a few options there.
