Pro: No install, about 4 meg footprint, nice little helper functions to
write things like IMG and A tags for you, and an integrated page
previewer that does NOT use IE.
Con: no spell check
This is a true HTML editor, not a WYSIWYG layout program that writes
the HTML for you.
