Where are the setting for HTML and PLAIN TEXT in Windows Mail?

I was gettiing Quick news from CNN in HTML mode then it suddenly stoped
coming so I went to the CNN web page to check it. All seemed ok so I check
the box for PLAIN TEXT from HTML and the next day it started cominmg agaiin.

Why would I beable to get this in plain text but when I change to HTML on
this web site I get nothing at all from them?

Thanks meerkat for responding.

I did see that before but thought it was for sending mail not receiving
mail. Am I wrong?

No reason that I can think of other than an anti-virus or other program
scanning email.

Yes you can. Tools | Options | Read and then check the box to read all
messages in plain text.
