I'm getting a Fatal Error when I start up my PC and can't get rid of it.

Unable to create AVLog instance.
HRESULT = 80040154

Has anyone seen this and can anyone tell me how to get rid of it.

Windows XP with IE 7

looks like it might be related to a corrupted antivirus program files, see if
you can reinstall your antivirus software, just a guess as you didn't give
much info.

Please post the complete Error Report.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer.Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.
