HP_RECOVERY (D:)

My computer always tells me that my D: drive has no disk
space but i juz recovered my computer and i see nothing
in my disk drive. Before I recover it I accidentally
paste a lot of files in my d: drive which was suppose to
go to my c: drive. Please help me because i dont know
where else to look for anything i can delete because
everything else are in default. thanks.
 
Try R.click on the drive,open,see whats listed,move or
delete the files.Or try typing the files that were pasted
in search,edit the files.
