How can I tell if a HP Scanjet 4c scanner will be
compatible with MS XP? It uses a SCSI interface
connection.

I have an HP ScanJet 4C scanner running in Windows XP Home.
It's attached to an Adaptec AHA-2940AU PCI SCSI controller and works
perfectly.
I stopped using the original SymBios Logic ISA SCSI controller, that
came with the scanner, years ago when using the scanner with a computer
that didn't have enough ISA slots.
