HP ALL IN ONE PRINTER PROBLEM
Recently experiencing a printing problem.....printer is 5-6 yrs old.
For an unknown reason I am now not able to print a SCANNED page.
The printer window tells me to "Press Enter to Align Cartridges"
I pressed ENTER, then START only to get a blank printout (tried this many
times).
The window continues with the same instruction, and I try over and over.
HOWEVER, I am able to print out a page from my computer, as usual.
The message in the window remains the same.
I have looked in the Printer Manual, and tried a couple things.....No Help!
I went to the CONTROL PANEL for PRINTERS & FIXES..........
Since I am not computer literate, I do not understand much of the
terminology, and many of the various procedures to follow, as it may/may
not pertain to my problem.........what I have tried was to no avail.
Any advice, suggestions, web sites would be most appreciated....Thank You,
