HP Printer 3 in one model 1215, Ho to address an evelope

Dear members,
My printer is an HP 1215 PCS three in one, it is either the worst product HP
has ever developed or I do not know how to use it.

I need to print an address on an envelope, so I went to Microsoft words,
tools, letters and mailing, envelops and mailing, typed the address and
pressed the print tab, nothing happened, the printer has a new ink cartridge,
so it is not the ink, took the envelope out and placed an ordinary paper
still nothing, I pressed the on/off button, it did not go of but the strange
thing it printed something from yesterday and not the address, and as if the
on/off button is for printing.

My enquiries are: 1- How do you print the address on an envelope?
2- Does the printer need some repairing or programming, or is it
just my poor knowledge of how to use?
Has this ever happened with anyone or is it just my luck?
 
Go in printer preferences and change the paper to print on envelopes.
Also, check the queue for you may have some old files to be printed.
Start>Coltrol Panel>Printers and Faxes>doubleclick your printer. If
anything is listed, you can either finish the print job or rightclick and
Delete.

I suggest you post to a Word newsgroup and specify what version of word
you're using. Also there is a print_fax newsgroup. Lastly have you asked
HP printer tech support for help with their printer?

No, I don't have it. How about looking for yourself? Like checking the
computer documentation or going to www.hp.com or doing a Google search?
