hp pavilion 763n with xph won't boot

PC is a hp pavilion 763n with xph. We had power surge
from construction on building. Power went out then came
back on. Now pc will not boot in normal, any version of
safe or debugging mode or using hiren boot cd. I think
hp pavilions have restore on hdd in hidden partition but I
don't know how to access it. there were no cds with pc
when purchased.
