Where to find HP Omnibook vt6200 drivers for Win XP Pro?

I did XP Professional installation and Windowsupdate, but under
System->Device Manager there are conflicts (?):
Network controller
Cideo Controller (VGA)
Sound: ALi Audio Accelerator WDM driver
