hp officejet d 135

I upgraded from ME to XP pro and did not disconnect my HP
officejet d 135...now i cannot scan pictures or use my
fax...do not how to solve the problem. tried to
uninstall and reinstall with no luck. Pls help.

First do a complete uninstall...

Then download a new set of drivers from the HP website. Install the
software and do NOT reconnect the unit until the software tells you to do
so.
