HP OfficeJet 600 on Dell Optiplex 110

I have a Dell Optiplex 110 with upgraded bios a09. I'm
running Windows XP SP1 and I have installed an OfficeJet
600. Everytime the system boots it says found new
hardware. If you try and install it it says problem error
found in section of INF file. The hardware seems to
function no problems. Bios can be any style AT, PS/2,
ECP, all seem to function and XP sets to ECP anyway no
problems. Have tried just about everything HP has to
offer and still cannot solve this. Any ideas? I am
willing to try about anything. Thanks, JDV
