HP LaserJet series II Print Drivers for Wins 98

My sister gave me a Dell computer with WINS 98 (CD-ROM) misplaced). When I
connected my old HP LaserJet series II printerto this computer, I am prompted
to insert the WINS 98-CD Rom for the print drivers (specifically HPPCL.drv
and Driver16.cab). I have looked on the HP website and the Microsoft Product
Support website without success. Please help me locate a free download for
the referenced print drivers, if they exit for this older printer.
