HP Laserjet 6P no longer connected...

I have two desktop systems on a home network. One with Home XP and wireless
net card has the local printer. the other with XP Pro has been able to
connect and print to the printer over the home network. Now, recently, I am
not able to connect, so tried to re-install the driver, but now when asked I
am not able to connect to the Home XP system to setup a network connection
to print.
This has worked for a couple of years now, but suddenly no longer works.
I can connect to shares FROM the Home XP to the XP Pro, but cannot connect
to shares from the XP Pro to the Home XP system. Shares have worked in the
past fine but now don't.
Have Norton Firewall on both systems, but disable when trying to fix the
problem.
XP Pro is Ethernet connected to the router, and XP Home is connected to the
router wirelessly.
Any ideas what may have happened or a KB that explains this?
Thanks

Installing SP2 activates a built-in firewall between LAN members, but it can
be turned off.
