Hp Laserjet 240 printing problem

Lately I have a vertical line (darker in spots) that gets on all my
printouts. It is about 2 3/16 inch from the left edge.
I've tried three different toners and cleaned everything
I can see without taking it apart.
Any ideas anyone?

How do I stop it? Do I unplug it during the
printout? If so then the paper will be stuck in there
somewhere?

After taking the thing apart the problem looks like a
bad spot on the fuser. You can see the burned out line in it
at exactly 2 3/16 inch from the end..
Cannot be cleaned. Part on order.
