HP IPAQ HANDHELD does not sync with Outlook 2003

I never used Outlook for email, but I did create a profile. When I try to
sync I get an error 'cannot synchronize with the Outlook profile you are
using because a different profile was previously set up. Please open Outlook
using the appropriate profile'. I am running Win xp sp2 and IE 7.

Problem resolved. After 3 calls to HP I finally spoke to an HP tech support
who knew something about the product and he explained how to correctly
configure the unit.
As Rosanne Rosanna Danna used to say: ''never mind".
